Steve brings over 15 years of commercial experience having worked in the software industry since 2007.

In working primarily with .NET, SQL, Clojure and a11y focussed delivery teams he has developed many long term and mutually valuable relationships with Enterprise, Start-ups and SMB clients globally. His guidance, consultative approach and problem-solving style are ever present and consistently ensure client needs are represented and delivery expectations are achieved. 

As IDS Group Commercial Director, Steve leads the GTM strategy with a joint focus on building upon successful existing client partnerships and new business development.

Steve prides himself in being approachable and down to earth with a perspicacious nature that extends to his playful sense of humour.
