Modern Slavery Policy
Modern Slavery Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2025
Our Commitment to Preventing Modern Slavery
At Interactive Digital Systems (IDS), we are committed to conducting our business ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all our operations and supply chains. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.
Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy sets out the steps we take to identify, prevent, and address these risks within our business and with our partners and suppliers. This policy reflects our values, our legal responsibilities, and our alignment with international best practice, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant ISO/IEC 27001 supplier management standards.
What We Do
Strong governance: Our Board of Directors and Trustees approve our modern slavery commitments and ensure sufficient resources are in place to uphold them.
Due diligence: We assess and monitor suppliers and partners using a risk-based approach that includes screening, audits, and contractual controls.
Fair employment: We uphold ethical recruitment practices — prohibiting fees, ensuring fair wages, and protecting freedom of movement and association.
Training and awareness: All employees and key suppliers receive regular training to help identify and report potential indicators of modern slavery.
Reporting and remediation: We encourage anyone — inside or outside IDS — to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation. We act promptly and transparently on any identified risks.
Speaking Up
If you suspect any instance of modern slavery or exploitation — whether within IDS or our supply chain — please contact us at enquiries@ids-group.co.uk.
Continuous Improvement
We regularly review and update our practices to ensure we remain compliant and effective in addressing evolving risks. Our annual Modern Slavery Statement, where applicable, is approved by the Board, published on our website, and submitted to the UK Government registry in line with statutory guidance.
