Spin the Wheel Competition: Terms & Conditions

By participating in this “Spin the Wheel” competition (the “Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

a. The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise specified.

b. Employees of IDS Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

c. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. How to Enter

a. To enter, participants must complete the required entry form and spin the wheel during the promotional period.

b. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prizes

a. Prizes are awarded as indicated on the wheel or as otherwise communicated.

b. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

c. IDS Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

a. By completing the entry form and participating in the Competition, you explicitly consent to IDS Group collecting, storing, and processing your personal details (such as name, email address, and any other information provided).

b. This data will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition, contacting you regarding your prize, and for future marketing communications from IDS Group regarding products, services, or promotions.

c. You can opt-out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive or by contacting IDS Group directly at enquiries@ids-group.co.uk.

d. Your data will be handled in accordance with IDS Group’s Privacy Policy.

5. General Conditions

a. IDS Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make it unavoidable.

b. Any decision made by IDS Group regarding the Competition is final and binding.

c. IDS Group accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete.

6. Governing Law

a. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
