With a systems analysis background, Rita is a technically strong programme manager and a commercially astute business analyst, who has worked in the finance, healthcare and insurance sectors, to name just a few.

A certified PSM I Scrum Master and ‘the face of IDS’ in the eyes of many of the brands we work for, she is capable of juggling multiple different systems, processes and programmes at any one time.

She is a key facilitator between clients and colleagues whose commitment to supporting every member of the team, leads not just to successful project delivery but high satisfaction levels too.
