Every three years, the IDS team undergoes a thorough on-site recertification audit for ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management.
Following the latest inspection, we’re delighted to announce that we passed with flying colours. The auditors raised zero non-conformances, observations, or areas for improvement.
ISO 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security management. It ensures organisations implement robust systems and processes to protect sensitive information, manage risks, and maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability across all digital operations.
Martin Pownall, client services director, commented on the achievement:
“ISO 27001 demonstrates our commitment to protecting our clients’ data and maintaining robust internal processes. I’m proud of our team for their focus on security and quality at every level.”
This recertification is a key moment in IDS’ broader standards roadmap. Over the coming months, the team will also be pursuing Cyber Essentials re-certification and aiming to add the company’s first AI-focused ISO accreditation to our roster.
Maintaining these certifications ensures our clients can trust that their systems, data, and digital projects are secure, resilient, and in capable hands.
Martin added:
“We’re constantly trying to refine and improve our internal processes. And these certifications show our ongoing commitment to delivering secure, resilient, and scalable technology solutions that our clients can trust.”
