The pressure on SaaS and tech-enabled scale-ups is accelerating. As 2026 progresses, leaders face a familiar challenge. To achieve faster growth, reduce operational risk, and protect margins in an increasingly competitive market.
Last year, IDS Group was shortlisted in both the Leeds Digital Festival Growth Company of the Year and Connect Yorkshire Medium Business of the Year categories – moments that made us pause, take stock, and reflect.
While it wasn’t our year to take home the gold, being recognised among some of the region’s dynamic digital businesses felt like an achievement in itself.
Over the past 12 months, IDS has expanded in more ways than one. We’ve welcomed new faces with fresh ideas, expanded our service offering, and started building our presence overseas.
Having brought in exceptional talent across every part of the business, from cloud consultancy and design to project delivery and cybersecurity, we’ve raised standards and strengthened our internal culture. The result is a team that’s better connected and more committed to delivering absolute excellence for our clients.
And this same spirit of growth has shaped our services’ evolution, too. This year, we formally launched our Cloud Managed Services offering, which enables clients to entrust IDS with the full lifecycle of their digital platforms, from build to optimisation. We also became an AWS Select Tier Partner, graduating from the AWS Accelerated Development Program in a record 69 days!
And while we continue to deliver from our base in the UK, we’ve also taken the first steps toward international expansion, establishing a presence in Dubai and connecting with ambitious businesses across the Middle East.
But if you ask anyone at IDS what we’re most proud of, the answer isn’t likely to be the new services, certifications, or even our growth figures. It’s our team.
Even as our team has expanded, we’ve retained a collaborative approach with “All Hands On” sessions, open communication, and shared time together at our HQ.
Being shortlisted at Leeds Digital Festival and Connect Yorkshire Awards reminded us that recognition often follows when you focus on doing the right things for the right reasons.
As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, we’re focused on maintaining this momentum – continuing to evolve, to challenge ourselves, and to deliver meaningful results for our clients.
If you’d like to explore how IDS can support your digital transformation or discuss potential collaboration, we’d love to start that conversation.
let’s talk about how we
can help you get there.
